4th/5th Grade Elementary Teacher Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience and classroom management in a private school setting.
- Expertise in core subjects: Math, Science, English Language Arts, History, and Arts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create an inspiring, positive classroom environment.
