Executive Sous Chef
A prestigious restaurant group led by a Top Michelin-Starred Chef is seeking an exceptional Executive Sous Chef with a proven background in Michelin-starred French fine dining.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-volume, Michelin-level kitchen
- Execute refined French cuisine with precision and consistency
- Hire, train, develop, and motivate a large culinary team
- Maintain exceptional culinary, service, and operational standards
- Manage food and labor costs and drive financial performance
- Support events and onsite/offsite operations
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of culinary leadership experience
- Must have at least 1 Michelin-starred restaurant experience
- Strong French fine-dining background
- High-volume restaurant and events experience
- Proven leadership and team-development skills
- Strong cost-control and operational expertise
- Stable career history and polished professional presence
