Hospitality General Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of a titled restaurant General Manager position
- Full-service restaurant experience required
- High energy and charismatic personality
- Experience overseeing $4M+ revenue/year
- Experience leading 30+ employees in one location
- Experience with training and developing teams
- Passion for being hands-on and providing supportive leadership
- Experience with P&L, forecasting, budgeting and analysis
- Detail-oriented and committed to standards of excellence
Hospitality General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Solid tenure and proven loyalty to past employers
- Bartending experience in the past
- Local networking and revenue building experience
