Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of restaurant manager experience in upscale-casual or full-service concepts
- Experience with chef-driven, scratch kitchens
- Knowledge of elevated beverage programs (craft cocktails, wine, spirits)
- Proven success leading high-volume, full-service restaurant operations
- Hands-on, floor-based leadership style
