Hotel Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and client relationships
- Sell corporate, group, government, sports, and extended-stay business
- Manage the sales process from lead generation through contract execution
- Build client relationships and conduct property tours
- Partner with revenue management and operations to maximize revenue
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and account production
Hotel Sales Manager Requirements:
- Hotel sales experience with proven business development success
- Experience selling corporate, group, or extended-stay business preferred
- Hilton experience strongly preferred
- Strong prospecting, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and hotel sales platforms preferred
