Restaurant General Manager – Breakfast & Daytime Operations

Are you a high-energy restaurant leader who thrives during a busy breakfast rush and loves being on the floor with your team?
We’re looking for an exceptional Restaurant General Manager to lead a successful, quality-driven full-service restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, hands-on operator who understands that great restaurants are built on strong people, disciplined operations, consistent execution, and outstanding hospitality.
Strong breakfast experience is important. Our GM needs to understand the unique pace and demands of breakfast and daytime service—from getting the restaurant and team ready for the day to managing high-volume rushes, ticket times, staffing, guest flow, and consistent execution.
This is not a desk-manager position. We want a GM who is visible, engaged, knows what is happening throughout the restaurant, and isn't afraid to jump in alongside the team when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Strong breakfast, brunch, or high-volume daytime restaurant experience
- General Manager or strong AGM experience with a respected full-service or quality restaurant brand
- A true hands-on operator who leads from the floor
- Strong command of P&L, labor, food cost, scheduling, inventory, productivity, and restaurant systems
- Ability to drive operational standards while delivering an outstanding guest experience
- High-energy personality with a genuine LOVE for hospitality and restaurant operations
- Proven ability to coach, develop, motivate, and retain great people
- Detail-oriented and systems-driven, with the ability to identify opportunities and improve results
- Polished, professional presence with strong communication and leadership skills
