Executive Personal Assistant – Relocation to Southwest Pennsylvania
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who has supported Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals? We are seeking a highly organized, discreet professional to serve as the trusted right-hand to a senior executive. Relocation to Southwest Pennsylvania is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex business and personal calendar
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive correspondence
- Handle confidential communications with the highest level of discretion
- Track priorities, manage projects, and ensure seamless follow-through
- Coordinate vendors, expenses, and administrative operations
- Serve as the primary liaison between the executive and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting a UHNW individual, family office, or private principal
- 7+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Proven ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality
