Fine Dining Chef de Cuisine Requirements & Qualifications:
- You must be currently working for a fine-dining concept
- 5+ years of fine-dining experience
- 3+ years in a kitchen leadership role
- Experience with multiple cuisines
- Background with wine dinners and presenting dishes to guests
- Able to diligently follow recipe books – menu is already created for you
- Excellent knife and plating skills
- Superb attention to detail
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Genuine care and passion for people and the industry
