Director of Sales

Are you a proven hospitality sales leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth? We're seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales organization and oversee business development across a diverse portfolio that includes catering, venues, restaurants, hotel partnerships, corporate events, weddings, festivals, concessions, and more.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, hands-on professional who enjoys coaching sales teams, building lasting client relationships, and creating innovative sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and execute company-wide sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate partners, venues, hotels, schools, and community organizations.
- Manage sales forecasting, KPIs, CRM activity, reporting, and overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with Operations, Culinary, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to create exceptional client experiences.
- Support contract negotiations, proposals, presentations, and strategic business development initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts and partnerships.
- Travel between company venues and client locations to support sales efforts and team success.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in hospitality, catering, restaurants, hotels, venues, or event management.
- 5+ years leading and developing successful sales teams.
- Proven record of increasing revenue and growing market share.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing CRM systems, forecasting, KPIs, and sales reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
