2+ years of supervisory experience in a full-service hotel or meeting venue
Bilingual in Spanish
Ability to lead and develop a team of 10+ direct reports
Confident and competent in guest-facing situations
Shows meticulous attention to detail. Team player and collaborative partner.
Strong time management skills
