Regional Automotive Service & Reconditioning Manager – Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary of $170,000–$190,000+, based on experience

Regional Automotive Service & Reconditioning Manager – Responsibilities
- Lead the operational performance of six regional service and reconditioning centers.
- Drive technician productivity, operational efficiency, and vehicle quality.
- Standardize processes and implement best practices across multiple locations.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive continuous operational improvement.
- Travel throughout the region to coach teams, ensure accountability, and support business growth.
Regional Automotive Service & Reconditioning Manager – Requirements
- Five or more years of progressive automotive operations leadership experience.
- Proven success leading multiple service centers or operational locations.
- Strong knowledge of used vehicle service and reconditioning operations.
- Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to travel regionally.
