HR Representative
Join our team as an HR Representative and play a key role in supporting employees and managers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, payroll support, and being a trusted resource throughout the employee lifecycle.

HR Representative – Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll functions
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels
HR Representative – Preferred Background & Skills
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
- Comfortable investigating employee concerns and supporting disciplinary processes
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate HR records and reports
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Visible, hands-on approach with a passion for supporting employees and fostering a positive workplace culture
