Seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join a well-established law firm serving closely held businesses, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals. Responsibilities
- Advise business owners and individuals on estate planning, wealth preservation, and tax-efficient strategies.
- Develop and implement business succession and legacy planning solutions.
- Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related business planning documents.
- Prepare partnership, shareholder, and related business agreements.
- Stay current on changes in federal and state tax laws to ensure clients receive the most effective and compliant legal guidance.
- Build trusted client relationships by delivering practical, customized legal solutions.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license and good standing with the State Bar.
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in estate planning, taxation, business planning, or a related practice area.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
