District Manager
A national apparel retailer is seeking a District Manager to lead a dynamic multi-store district in the SLC area. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced retail leader with a passion for fashion, trend, and talent development.
District Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive salary of $100,000 to $115,000
- Vehicle reimbursement program for required travel between stores

District Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Multi-unit retail management experience, overseeing 7 or more stores (apparel, accessories, or footwear preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of relevant retail leadership
- Demonstrated passion for fashion, trend, and styling in a customer-facing environment
- Exceptional talent management, team development, and leadership skills
District Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Background with fast-paced, apparel retail environments
- Experience managing top-performing mall locations
- Ability to credibly discuss styling and trends with both teams and customers
District Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across a store district
- Develop, coach, and motivate store leadership teams to achieve business results and growth
- Foster an exciting and engaging customer environment aligned with the company’s vision
- Innovate to continually improve the in-store experience and drive sales
- Partner with visual teams to uphold brand standards and execute floor sets
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent, leading annual reviews and performance management
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve operational, staffing, and customer issues
