- Train, coach, and develop team members to uphold polished service standards
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen — assist in controlling costs and driving profitability
- Oversee daily operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications
- At least 5 years of leadership experience as a full-service restaurant manager and two of those years as an AGM in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment
- Experience managing annual sales volumes over $5 million
- Proven track record of controlling costs and achieving strong financial results with the leadership team
- Ability to train, develop, and motivate a professional and polished service team
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellence
