What You’ll Do
- Lead by example on the floor while fostering a positive, people-first culture.
- Oversee daily store operations including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
- Drive results through effective merchandising, inventory control, and P&L management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Analyze sales, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Create an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in grocery, food service, or retail management.
- A proven leader with a collaborative, motivational style and a growth mindset.
- Strong background in warehouse management, operations, and loss prevention.
- Expertise in P&L oversight, payroll, staffing, and training.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
