Cable & Harness Assembler Benefits & Compensation:
- $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience

Cable & Harness Assembler Requirements & Qualifications:
- Current IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification is required
- 3+ years of cable and wire harness assembly experience
- Experience with electro-mechanical assembly
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a production team
Cable & Harness Assembler Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in aerospace, defense, medical device, telecommunications, or electronics manufacturing
- Mechanical assembly experience
- Familiarity with continuity testing and other electrical testing methods
Cable & Harness Assembler Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assemble custom cable and wire harnesses to customer specifications
- Build and assemble electro-mechanical systems
- Read and interpret wiring schematics, engineering drawings, and assembly instructions
- Perform continuity testing and troubleshoot wiring and electrical components
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet customer and company standards
- Track inventory and materials for assigned projects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
