What You'll Do
- Assist in leading daily restaurant operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop hourly team members
- Support labor management, scheduling, and cost controls
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
- Help achieve sales and profitability goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Create a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Experience managing labor, scheduling, and daily operations
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Stable work history with a commitment to excellence
- High-energy, hands-on leadership style
