Responsibilities
- Partner with operations and executive leadership to support strategic business decisions.
- Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, month-end, and year-end close.
- Manage cost accounting, inventory accounting, and internal controls.
- Drive process improvements and strengthen financial processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
Requirements
- Active CPA required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Manufacturing accounting experience required.
- Strong background in cost accounting, inventory accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- ERP experience required; SAP preferred.
- Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and operations.
- Experience leading and developing accounting teams.
