Are you an experienced Sous Chef looking for the opportunity to be part of a new chef-driven restaurant opening in Philadelphia?
We're seeking a hands-on culinary leader who enjoys building teams, developing kitchen systems, and delivering consistently excellent food in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to join an experienced culinary leadership team and help establish the kitchen culture and standards from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with the Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop BOH team members
- Lead by example during service and maintain strong execution standards
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and timing
- Manage ordering, inventory, food cost, and labor goals
- Help establish kitchen systems, training, and operational procedures
- Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- Build a positive, accountable, team-oriented kitchen culture
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of Sous Chef experience in a high-volume, upscale casual, or polished casual restaurant
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Hands-on approach to kitchen leadership
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced opening environment
- Restaurant opening experience preferred, but not required
- Culinary degree is a plus, but not required
