We are looking to add a Maintenance Engineer to our team. Maintenance engineers are responsible for assorted everyday maintenance, small projects, preventative maintenance, and landscaping. We are looking for someone reliable who takes pride in their work; we need a problem solver with a positive attitude. Target hourly pay is between $17/hr and $20/hr.
Maintenance Engineer Qualifications:
- 3+ years as a Maintenance Engineer or technician
- Basic experience with and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, landscaping, and preventative maintenance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet all day
- Some experience with HVAC is highly preferred
- Mature personality and positive attitude
Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance requests quickly and professionally
- Communicate with leadership on priorities and duties
- Oversee contractors to ensure task completion
- Other duties as assigned
