Quality Control Manager Benefits & Compensation:
• Salary up to $80,000
• Full-time, exempt position
• Monday through Thursday schedule: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Friday schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Quality Control Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience within manufacturing
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Experience with inspection methods, quality testing, and precision measurement equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze quality data and present findings to leadership
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
Must Haves:
• Proven experience leading quality teams in a manufacturing environment
• Experience developing and maintaining quality procedures and documentation
• Strong knowledge of incoming, in-process, and final product inspections
• Experience implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality
• Ability to partner with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues
• Experience maintaining quality records and supporting regulatory compliance
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Lead all quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the manufacturing operation
• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System
• Oversee incoming material inspections, in-process inspections, and final product inspections
• Develop inspection plans, sampling procedures, and quality standards
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment
• Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Coach, mentor, and develop Quality Control personnel
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve manufacturing performance
• Promote a culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
Quality Control Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Background working with supplier quality programs
• Experience auditing manufacturing processes and quality systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive operational improvements
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Passion for building high-performing teams and improving manufacturing quality
