What You'll Do
- Lead daily front-of-house operations with a hands-on management style.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing service team.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.
- Manage labor, scheduling, and daily financial performance.
- Partner with the culinary team to ensure seamless service execution.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability and respect.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
- Full-service restaurant experience required; upscale or polished casual preferred.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead busy shifts while maintaining high service standards.
What We Offer
- $65,000-$75,000 base salary
- Performance-based bonus – $7K ++
