They are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through completion while collaborating with clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and field teams. Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial construction projects through all phases, including planning, execution, and project closeout.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall project performance.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal construction teams.
- Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and cost tracking.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality standards, and schedule objectives are achieved.
Construction Project Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 3+ years of project management experience within commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office; estimating experience is a plus.
