Our rapidly growing, chef-driven, polished casual restaurant group is seeking an experienced Vice President to lead strategic growth, operational excellence, and brand expansion across a growing portfolio of high-volume, full-service restaurants in the Florida market. The company is entering an exciting phase of expansion with multiple new locations planned over the coming years.

Vice President of Operations Qualifications:
- Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for the restaurant brand
- Lead all aspects of operations, growth strategy, financial performance, and organizational development
- Oversee current restaurant operations while preparing the organization for future expansion
- Develop and execute market expansion strategies, including new restaurant openings and geographic growth
- Build scalable operating systems, processes, and infrastructure to support long-term growths
- Partner with Operations, Culinary, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Development, and Construction teams
- Serve as a culture champion, ensuring alignment between ownership vision and restaurant execution
Vice President of Operations Requirements:
- 5+ years of executive-level leadership experience (VP, SVP, President, COO, or equivalent)
- Proven success leading multi-unit restaurant operations across multiple locations and markets
- Demonstrated experience scaling restaurant brands through growth and expansion
- Strong background managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls and driving financial results
- Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to partner effectively with ownership and executive stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
