We are looking for a COO to lead our team of international restaurants. Our restaurants are national and worldwide, and we are looking for a structured, disciplined, and charismatic leader who has experience with licensing, management agreements and franchise relationships in an upscale restaurant environment.

COO Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of COO experience
- Complex, geographically dispersed restaurant portfolios with independent restaurants
- Experience with multiple concepts and brands
- Strong experience with licensing, management agreements and franchise relationships
- International operations
- New restaurant opening experience, growing and scaling companies and restaurant turnarounds
COO Responsibilities:
- Lead and strengthen the Operations Team
- Improve restaurant-level performance and profitability
- Create great accountability and follow-through
- Align Operations, Culinary, Finance, HR, Marketing and Sales
- Translate the company vision into clear operational priorities and execution
- Standardize training materials across all brands
