Senior Manager, Creator & Affiliate Marketing
Hybrid | Relocation to OHIO required (assistance available)

A leading lifestyle retail brand is seeking a Senior Manager, Creator & Affiliate Marketing to lead influencer, creator, and affiliate marketing strategy while managing a high-performing team. This role will oversee integrated creator campaigns from concept through execution while helping shape brand storytelling, customer engagement, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead influencer, creator, and affiliate marketing strategy across multiple campaigns
- Manage creator partnerships from planning through execution and performance reporting
- Oversee affiliate marketing programs and identify opportunities for growth
- Manage agency relationships, budgets, contracts, and campaign performance
- Partner with social, creative, merchandising, and media teams
- Develop innovative creator programs that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals
Qualifications
- 6+ years of influencer, creator, affiliate, or digital marketing experience
- Leadership experience managing direct reports
- Retail, apparel, beauty, consumer, or lifestyle brand experience preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Experience managing agency relationships and marketing budgets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
