Registered Nurse – Home Health
**New Orleans, LA Area | New Orleans East, Chalmette, West Bank & Downtown NOLA, Metairie, Kenner, LaPlace, **
Established Home Health Agency in Louisiana is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our growing team in the New Orleans area, including New Orleans East, the West Bank, Downtown NOLA, and surrounding communities.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys working independently, building strong relationships with patients and families, and providing high-quality care in the comfort of the patient’s home. We are looking for compassionate, dependable nurses who are comfortable working in diverse communities and are committed to excellent patient care.
Registered Nurse Requirements:
- Must have 3–5 years of home health experience
- Must have a valid Louisiana RN license or compact RN license including Louisiana
- Must be open to completing home visits throughout the NOLA area, including challenging demographics
- Must have strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills
- Must be dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field
