Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Project Executive. This Project Executive leads the successful delivery of one or more projects by developing and executing efficient project strategies. This role manages client relationships, drives business development, oversees contract negotiations, estimating and bidding, and is accountable for project profitability while leading and supervising project teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the current mission critical data center construction projects in the Atlanta, GA area
- As a Project Executive on an active construction site, this position requires regular and consistent on-site attendance to monitor and observe construction operations and participate in scheduled and ad hoc production, safety, and supervisory meetings. Additionally as a manager/supervisor, your presence is required to oversee the work of employees in addition to providing real-time feedback, mentoring, and coaching as needed.
- Coordinate staffing across projects and oversee on-site project teams
- Support business development through client presentations, proposals, and relationship management
- Collaborate with project leadership to develop execution strategies and Project Execution Plans
- Oversee project budgets, cost control, change management, scheduling, and financial reporting
- Lead project meetings, site logistics planning, quality assurance, constructability reviews, and project closeout
- Approve subcontractor/vendor bids, awards, and project-related expenses
- Promote and enforce safety programs through site visits, mentoring, and quality inspections
- Develop, mentor, and evaluate project management staff to drive performance and professional growth
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering
- 10+ years of construction Mission Critical and data center project management experience
- Track record of client satisfaction, profitability, safety, and quality performance
- Strong leadership experience managing and developing project teams
- Expertise in project execution, cost control, scheduling, and stakeholder management
- Preferred Procore Construction Management certification
- Working knowledge of design and drawing software to including, but not limited to: Revit, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, NAVIA, Bluebeam, BIM 360, BIM 360 Plan, Prolog and Primavera P6
