Restaurant Assistant General Manager
We are seeking a hands-on Assistant General Manager to support daily operations for a growing, fast-paced restaurant group. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who leads from the front, develops strong teams, and is ready to jump in wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations
- Lead, train, and develop team members
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, inventory, labor, and sales goals
- Serve as manager on duty in the GM’s absence
- Support new-store openings and company growth
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on, dependable, and self-motivated leader
- Strong operational and people-management skills
- Comfortable with technology and restaurant systems
- Able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- New-store opening experience is a plus
