Responsibilities + Qualifications
- 3+ years of catering, hospitality, or foodservice management experience with a proven track record in catering sales and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Drive catering sales through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
- Manage catering inquiries, prepare proposals and quotes, and grow repeat business with corporate clients.
- Oversee catering orders from booking through delivery, partnering with kitchen and operations teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely execution.
- Lead and schedule catering staff while managing food, labor, and operating costs.
- Deliver exceptional guest service through proactive communication, problem-solving, and post-delivery follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
Preferred Background
- Experience managing corporate and drop-off catering programs.
- Established local business network with demonstrated success in generating new catering accounts.
- Experience with catering management software and CRM platforms (EZCater, Caterease, TripleSeat, etc)
- Working knowledge of commercial kitchen operations and food safety practices.
