Store Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume, customer-facing retail, hospitality, or entertainment environment
- Proven success managing large hourly teams and multiple layers of leadership
- Strong technical aptitude with comfort in hands-on troubleshooting
- Experience with scheduling, labor management, and employee development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to lead diverse teams
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and operational technology platforms
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Store Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience implementing SOPs and improving operational processes

Store Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a large, shift-based team
- Lead by example on the floor to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational or technical challenges swiftly
- Monitor labor hours, scheduling, guest satisfaction, and key performance metrics
- Maintain operational excellence in safety, inventory, and facility standards
- Collaborate with regional teams to drive consistency and innovation
- Support local community initiatives to strengthen brand presence
