Owner Relations Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, delivering outstanding support and relationship management
- Conduct regular meetings with owners, sharing performance updates and strategic recommendations to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction
- Monitor property performance, review financial reports, and identify opportunities for profitability improvements
- Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure high-quality standards across all properties
- Oversee owner onboarding, contract renewals, and compliance with management agreements
- Resolve owner concerns professionally and proactively to nurture positive long-term partnerships
- Support budgeting, capital improvement planning, and provide recommendations for property enhancements
- Stay current on local market trends to advise owners and strengthen overall portfolio performance
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using company management systems
- Contribute to portfolio growth by identifying expansion opportunities and encouraging owner referrals
