Lead Housekeeping Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the Housekeeping department, ensuring guestrooms and public areas consistently exceed brand standards
- Supervise, train, coach, and develop housekeeping team members while fostering a positive, accountable culture
- Inspect guestrooms, corridors, and public spaces to maintain quality and cleanliness expectations
- Create schedules, manage labor, and assist with inventory control and supply ordering
- Partner closely with the Front Desk, Maintenance, and Laundry departments to ensure seamless daily operations
- Respond to guest requests and service recovery situations with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain compliance with all safety, sanitation, and brand standards
Qualifications
Required
- 1–3+ years of hotel housekeeping experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a housekeeping department preferred
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced hotel environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Preferred
- Experience in a branded hotel environment
- Bilingual skills are a plus
