Associate Attorney (Property & Litigation) – Join an Award-Winning Boutique Powerhouse

We are looking for a motivated Associate Attorney (3–5 years of experience) who doesn’t just "handle" cases, but drives them. We don't do micro-management. We provide the elite platform, the mentorship of Super Lawyers®, and high-stakes cases—you provide the grit, the independent work ethic, and the desire to win.

Litigation firm in Tampa, Florida. Recognized by Best Law Firms® for excellence in Real Estate and Commercial Litigation, and led by partners consistently named to Florida’s Legal Elite, we deliver "Big Law" results with the agility of a premier boutique practice.

Key Responsibilities

Represent Clients: Lead property and business litigation matters from intake to resolution with a high degree of independence.

Advocate with Confidence: Draft high-level pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

Courtroom Presence: Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and mediations.

Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support document preparation and case strategy.

Strategic Counseling: Provide direct legal counsel and guidance to our diverse client base.

Collaborative Management: Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case management.

Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

Experience & Credentials: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.

Proven Track Record: 3–5 years of property and/or litigation experience.

Academic Excellence: Strong academic credentials and a polished professional background.

A "Go-Getter": You are a "bootstrapper" who sees a problem, researches the solution, and executes without needing a manual.

Independent Operator: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively without being prompted.

Communication Pro: Exceptional attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and comfort with public speaking and courtroom appearances.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in legal research tools and software (Clio and NetDocs experience is a plus).

Team Player: A strong work ethic with a commitment to a collaborative and unified team culture.

Why should you Apply:

Autonomy & Trust: We hire adults. We give you the freedom to manage your cases and the support to ensure you succeed.

Elite Mentorship: Work directly with attorneys recognized as Super Lawyers® and Rising Stars.

Modern Systems: We utilize top-tier tech (Clio, NetDocs) and have a dedicated Office Manager to handle "operational noise," allowing you to focus on the law.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $105,000 – $125,000 base.

Performance Upside: Eligibility for performance-based bonuses and profit-sharing/retirement plan options.

Health & Wellness: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.

Growth: Real opportunities for professional development in a firm that is actively scaling.
