General Manager Benefits & Compensation:
- Primary schedule is Wednesday through Sunday.
- Dinner-focused operation, opening daily at 4:00 PM, plus a popular Sunday brunch.
- Flexibility is expected during pre-opening and special events.

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience opening new restaurant or hospitality concepts as a general manager or senior operational leader.
- Experience leading restaurants with at least $10 million in annual sales.
- Expert-level proficiency in mixology and cocktail program development.
- Advanced skill in food and beverage menu creation and program costing.
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of:
- Restaurant365, including ground-up implementation and full system management.
- Resy.
- Toast POS.
- Demonstrated success leading teams in upscale hospitality settings.
- Financial acumen, including P&L, labor controls, budgeting, and cost management.
- Guest-focused, highly visible leadership style.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team development skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field strongly preferred.
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Michelin-starred or Michelin-recognized restaurant experience is a plus.
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of a new restaurant opening, from pre-opening planning to ongoing successful operations.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team.
- Establish operational standards, systems, and a culture of excellence from day one.
- Deliver hands-on, visible leadership to drive exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Oversee all elements of food, beverage, entertainment, and overall guest experience, ensuring strong financial performance.
- Build and implement Restaurant365 (R365), including vendor setup, accounting, inventory, and system workflows.
- Develop and execute innovative food and cocktail programs that align with the concept’s unique vision.
- Collaborate closely with culinary and beverage leadership to deliver a distinguished dining and entertainment destination.
- Ensure compliance with all operational standards, health regulations, and safety requirements.
