Assistant General Manager Full Service Dining Requirements:
- 1 years of recent experience in full-service dining
- Understand and manage restaurant financial reports with Management Team
- Uphold brand standards in all departments
- Knowledge of local state, & federal health and safety codes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Assistant General Manager Full Service Dining Responsibilities:
- Strong floor presence
- Assist in the hiring, training, motivating, coaching & developing the staff
- Ensure quality of food and service to every guest
- Assist in ordering, inventories, P&L, and cost management
