Director of Finance (Healthcare Operations & FP&A)

A rapidly growing multi-site healthcare organization is seeking a strategic Director of Finance to partner with executive leadership in driving financial performance, operational strategy, and business decision support.
This is not a traditional accounting leadership position. Rather than focusing on financial reporting or month-end close, you'll serve as a trusted business partner, translating financial data into actionable insights that support organizational growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Do
- Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial analysis and business decision support.
- Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning models.
- Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and financial reporting tools.
- Analyze operational performance, financial trends, and key performance indicators to support business strategy.
- Manage physician compensation models and quarterly incentive calculations.
- Deliver financial insights that support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, HR, and corporate finance teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, and financial processes.
- Present financial results and recommendations to executive leadership.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience with increasing responsibility.
- Healthcare finance experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced Power BI experience, including dashboard development and business analytics.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
- Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic financial decision making.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- Experience working in multi-site organizations is a plus.
- NetSuite experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $140,000 to $170,000
- Annual bonus opportunity of 10% to 15%
