Owner Relations Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $60K–$70K
- Monday–Friday schedule (8 am–5 pm) with flexibility for occasional weekend phone calls
- Work cell phone provided
- Primarily office-based with the potential for hybrid work after proven performance

Owner Relations Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in the short-term rental industry
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Customer-focused, positive, and proactive approach
Owner Relations Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience managing a portfolio of properties or working directly with property owners
- Ability to analyze financial reports and identify revenue-enhancing strategies
- Familiarity with property management systems and documentation processes
