Regional Manager Responsibilities:
- Travel frequently to assigned locations to provide visibility and determine areas of business needing improvement.
- Staff, coach, and develop General Managers and their teams.
- Implement initiatives to increase sales and profitability and deliver results
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through exceptional service and food.
- Role model the highest standards.
Regional Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a multi unit leadership role with a full-service concept
- Demonstrated success overseeing a minimum of 8 locations and developing talent internally
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing strongly preferred
- Strong background with performance management, financial acumen and problem-solving
- Results-driven leadership style with a focus on hospitality excellence
Regional Manager Compensation & Benefits:
- A base salary of $100-$115K per year
- Strong bonus program based on sales and profitability growth
