Director of Food & Beverage Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous Director of Food & Beverage, Clubhouse Manager, or senior Food & Beverage leadership experience
- Private club or luxury resort experience strongly preferred
- Proven leadership of multiple dining outlets, banquet operations, and member events
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, labor management, forecasting, and cost controls
- Demonstrated success developing service teams and creating accountability
- Experience partnering closely with Executive Chefs and culinary leadership
- Outstanding member and guest relationship skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and member events
