Private Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional experience
- Passion for health-conscious cooking and clean eating
- Proven ability to design and execute menu programs for multiple households (main house, guest house, and surrounding residences)
- MUST have strong ordering, purchasing, and inventory management skills
- Commitment to sourcing all ingredients locally- no supermarkets – through farms, vendors, and the home's garden
- Knowledge of sustainable cooking and organic gardening
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to community engagement
Private Chef Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience creating seasonal menus tailored to dietary needs and preferences
- Collaboration with local farmers and vendors for high-quality sourcing
- Hands-on gardening skills, including cultivating vegetables, herbs, and fruits
