Business Operations & Analytics Manager– Compensation & Benefits:

Business Operations & Analytics Manager – What You'll Do:
- Develop executive dashboards, reports, and business insights to support operational decision-making.
- Coordinate strategic projects, executive meetings, and key organizational initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines, priorities, and follow-up actions to ensure successful execution.
- Partner with operational leaders to improve communication, reporting, and overall efficiency.
- Support budgeting, financial reporting, and other executive business initiatives.
Business Operations & Analytics Manager – What We're Looking For:
- Three or more years of experience in hospitality operations, executive support, business analytics, or project coordination.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with hospitality systems (Opera, Delphi, Toast, CRM platforms) and modern AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
