We're recruiting for a well-established, high-volume restaurant in the Ironton area seeking an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on excellence in execution and guest satisfaction.
- Create an outstanding guest experience by fostering a culture built on genuine hospitality.
- Manage all financial aspects of the business, including P&L, food cost, labor cost, and controllable expenses.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Create schedules that balance exceptional service with labor efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and product planning.
- Ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
- Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily financial controls.
- Oversee administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, staffing, and operational reporting.
- Lead by example, working alongside the team and supporting the operation wherever needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service, casual dining, BBQ, or other high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management, labor control, food cost management, inventory, and budgeting.
- Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
- A genuine passion for hospitality—you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and developing people.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and capable of making sound operational decisions.

Compensation
- $55,000–$70,000 base salary
- Performance-based bonus program
