We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager to help lead a Michelin-starred French restaurant renowned for exceptional cuisine, impeccable service, and a culture of excellence. What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain Michelin-level service standards and operational excellence.
- Drive guest satisfaction while creating memorable dining experiences.
- Partner with the culinary and management teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Coach, mentor, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Implement systems, uphold standards, and foster a strong culture of accountability.
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach and positive attitude.
- Effectively communicate goals, expectations, and operational priorities.
- Solve problems proactively while maintaining a calm, professional presence.
Qualifications
- Michelin restaurant experience is required.
- Fine French cuisine experience is required.
- French-speaking ability is a strong plus.
- Excellent wine knowledge.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in fine dining.
- Experience managing restaurants with $4M+ in annual sales.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ownership mentality with a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- High-energy, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
