Director of Catering Requirements
- 3+ years as a Director of Catering in a luxury, full-service hotel
- 3+ years of banquet and catering experience
- Proven experience leading and developing a sales team
- Hunter mentality with a track record of generating new business
- Humble, genuine leadership style with no ego
- Stable work history with strong tenure
- Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the property
Director of Catering Responsibilities
- Lead the catering department, driving revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Grow catering sales through weddings, corporate meetings, and social events.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while overseeing high-profile events.
- Ensure seamless planning and execution of catered events.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the Event Specialist team.
