Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's long-term technology strategy aligned with business objectives and future growth.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering organization while attracting and retaining exceptional technical talent.
- Remain actively involved in software architecture, technical design, and hands-on development for key strategic initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvements in platform security, scalability, reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Lead the development of secure identity, authentication, payments, privacy, and infrastructure platforms.
- Partner with executive leadership to establish technology priorities, product roadmaps, and engineering best practices.
- Implement modern engineering processes, DevOps practices, AI-driven development tools, and operational excellence across the organization.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of software engineering experience, including significant engineering leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience designing and scaling highly available, secure, cloud-native platforms supporting rapid business growth.
- Strong software architecture expertise with experience building distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern development frameworks.
- Demonstrated success hiring, mentoring, and leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, application security, identity management, authentication, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience working with modern DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
