REMOTE – CA Licensed Commercial Insurance Account Manager (AMS360)
**This is a 100% remote role for a CA P&C Licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager with AMS360 systems experience**
Key Responsibilities
- System & Documentation: Utilize AMS360 daily for notes, activities, and carrier tagging to ensure seamless team continuity.
- Account Setup & Billing: Create customer profiles, collect applications, bind coverage, enter policy details, invoice agency-bill items, and manage initial past-due collections.
- Certificates & Compliance: Read contract requests to issue single, multiple-holder, and blanket AI/PNC certificates. Intelligently explain complex concepts like Waivers of Subrogation, Primary/Noncontributory status, and Ongoing vs. Completed Operations.
- Endorsements & Audits: Process mid-term and complex endorsements (such as adding new locations or equipment) and track General Liability and Workers' Compensation policy audits.
- Renewals & Marketing: Maintain renewal expiration lists, validate COI holder lists ahead of time, and collaborate with brokers to negotiate carrier terms and present options to clients.
- Book of Business: Manage a 1.5MM premium book of business consisting of small to mid-market commercial accounts. Must be comfortable working with accounts as large as 75k in premium.
Qualifications & Requirements
- License & Training: Active CA (resident or non-resident) Property & Casualty (P&C) paired with formal, updated insurance training.
- System Expertise: Mandatory, proficient hands-on workflow experience within AMS360.
- Lines of Insurance: Strong technical knowledge of Workers' Comp, Property, General Liability, EPLI, Professional Liability, Cyber Liability, and Surplus Lines/General Agents.
- Carrier Experience: Multi carrier experience such as Liberty Mutual, Allied/Nationwide, The Hartford, CNA, Travelers, and Hanover.
Salary: $75,000-$85,000
