Requirements & Must Haves
- 2–3 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant and full service bar environment
- Experience managing a bar and bartenders in an environment with a lively nightlife
- Experience with LBW and strong LBW knowledge, elevated cocktails, managing elite bartenders- craft cocktail and craft spirits experience is a must
- Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort using multiple systems
- Hands on leader who manages with accountability and respect
- Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and operational standards
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day restaurant and bar operations in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
- Build, train, and motivate a strong FOH, BOH, and Bar Team
- Ensure consistency in service, execution, and systems
- Drive sales growth while maintaining profitability and guest satisfaction
