A growing travel and tourism company is seeking a Team Leader, Content Development to support supplier onboarding and content quality for its global marketplace of tours and experiences. This role will lead a small team while managing onboarding processes, improving workflows, ensuring partner success, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Commercial, and Technical teams. The ideal candidate is organized, process-driven, relationship-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.

- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in travel, tourism, marketplaces, e-commerce, or partner platforms
- Experience onboarding suppliers, vendors, or external partners
- Experience improving processes and tracking performance metrics
- Familiarity with content platforms, integrations, or AI-driven workflow improvements
